Sunshine Coast RCMP now say they’ve located a man reported missing late Wednesday afternoon.
RCMP issued the following statement at 10:30 Wednesday night:
“Sunshine Coast RCMP confirm that the missing 50 year old man reported missing from Sechelt late this afternoon has been located, and is safe.
The man had been reported missing by his family after he left work unexpectedly, and did not return home.
RCMP located the man in the Sechelt area late tonight, after finding his car. Police are still looking into details of the disappearance, but thank the public for their attention and concern.”
